Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges: If a cancellation is made within the specified 48-hour timeframe, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the full-service fee for the scheduled appointment. Payment Obligation: The cancellation fee will be due and payable within 7 days from the date of cancellation. We will provide you with the necessary details to settle the payment, such as an invoice or payment link. Failure to make the required payment within the given timeframe may result in additional charges or impact future bookings. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment are encouraged to provide notice at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative date and time. However, rescheduling is subject to our availability. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or force majeure), we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
